Here are random bits and pieces of everything that makes my work my passion… Enjoy!
Finally! After two years of freelancing, it was about time I had my own website.
So, what can you expect to find here?
I can’t stay focused on one thing for a long time. Without even realising it, I often find myself thinking about so many things unrelated to what I’m doing at that moment. And of course that’s especially true if I’m doing a repetitive task.
But surprisingly, I found it to be productive.
Since I let my mind wander aimlessly and relax, I start thinking about the projects I’m working on, but without the pressure of time and productivity. And that unleashes a kind of creative state of mind where I find inspiration to solve problems.
To free your mind, there’s nothing like focusing on a simple, fun and repetitive task. So, here’s a website that will help you do that!
Then tell me if you reached the end, and if it helped you relax and free your mind 🙂
Several solutions exist to generating PDF with PHP. Amongst them, FPDI is quite efficient and easy to use. Unfortunately, Setasign’s documentation about FPDI is not exactly abundant. So here’s a quick start guide to get you up and running.
I did the French translation for the popular ClassiPress WordPress theme from AppThemes. I feel like translating is starting to become a recurrent kind of job for me 🙂
It’s a WordPress theme that comes stuffed with many features to create a classified ads website. Or in AppTheme’s own words:
ClassiPress is the most popular and widely used classified ads software for WordPress in the world today. Our feature-rich theme was built for ease-of-use and tight integration with WordPress so you’ll be online and selling classified ads within minutes.
With thousands of ClassiPress customers, a dedicated support team, and a very active community, you can trust that ClassiPress is here to stay.
If you are interested, the translation packages are available on the ClassiPress Languages Packs page.
Two little things annoyed me with my beloved iPhone: it vibrates when I plug it for charging, and it doesn’t have any kind of haptic feedback.
Well, I just tackled these two problems at once.
How? By simply modifying the vibration schemes.
